If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the purchased item is still in a sealed unopened condition within 7 days from receipt thereof.
Proof of purchase needs to be provided with any and all returned goods within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: Cellfoodonline Store will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed or opened.
Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect.

Cellfoodonline Store will cover return shipping costs in respect of faulty goods including shipping costs of replacement goods.
Cellfoodonline Store will only cover return shipping costs of faulty goods within 7 days of purchase, after which a handling fee of R100 will be levied on the order.
